Overview
This Thursday and Saturday delight yourself with the freshest fish and seafood in our “Catch of the day”. These products are brought by a group of local fishermen, who embark on the high seas very early to bring them to Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Beach & Resort. This delicacy takes place on the terrace of the Cilantros restaurant, and they are cooked over charcoal on a grill. A sumptuous feast made with the catch of the day accompanied by the chef's homemade emulsions and sauces.
